The Sporades IslandsThe Sporades islands lies to the north and east of Evia and to the east and south-east of Pilion peninsula.

The Sporades Islands consists of eleven islands, four of which are inhabited: Skiathos, Skopelos, Alonissos and Skyros.

These four islands are situated in the northern Sporades, close to the mainland.

They all have dense vegetation, mountainous land, some beautiful beaches with “turquoise” waters, charming monasteries, Venetian towers...

Skiathos and Skopelos are the most famous and popular islands of the group.

They developed a high tourist industry which attracts every summer thousands of package tourists while Alonissos and Skyros are much more isolated and have kept their natural beauty.
